Brick Machine Overview:
Automatic hydraulic clay brick block forming machine, also known as interlocking brick machine, is an efficient and intelligent building block production equipment, mainly used to produce interlocking blocks, hollow bricks, pavement bricks and other products using raw materials such as clay, industrial waste (such as fly ash, slag), cement, etc. The brick making machine is driven by a hydraulic system and combined with mold replacement to achieve rapid prototyping of bricks of multiple specifications, especially suitable for the production of eco-friendly bricks and unburned bricks. The core feature of the brick making machine is its "interlocking" design, which enables the bricks to bite each other through the concave and convex structure after laying, enhancing the overall stability, and is widely used in squares, parking lots, slope protection and other projects. Due to its structural design, interlocking bricks can bite each other during the masonry process, improving the stability and earthquake resistance of the building.
Main Components:
Hydraulic system: It is composed of hydraulic pump station, oil cylinder and control valve, which provides high-pressure power to ensure high-density molding of brick blanks.
Molding mold: Removable design, supports various shapes such as interlocking bricks, hexagonal bricks, I-shaped bricks, etc. The mold material is mostly wear-resistant alloy steel.
Feeding device: Automatic metering and conveying system, which evenly feeds the mixture (clay + curing agent) into the mold box to avoid manual errors.
Control system: PLC or microcomputer control, adjusts parameters such as pressure, pressing time, demoulding speed, etc., and supports touch screen operation.
Vibration system: Through high-frequency vibration (optional additional function), the brick blank is further compacted, the brick body has high density, and bubble defects are reduced.
